What is included in a Private Travel proposal?
Your proposal lists your route, private transportation, requested stays and activities, price and inclusions. Optional services and payments due at the destination are identified separately. Your vehicle and transportation service are private for your group.
Can you create a multi-day itinerary?
Yes. We coordinate routes between regions and hotels, with activities, travel days and free time matched to your dates and pace. Reasonable adjustments depend on timing, conditions and existing bookings.
Can El Salvador Explorers arrange hotels, flights and travel insurance?
Yes, upon request. We arrange hotel bookings, flights through third-party providers, travel insurance and additional activities. Your proposal confirms the requested arrangements and their costs.
What is the difference between a private driver and a tour guide?
A driver handles transportation; a guide provides guided visits and interpretation. Not every driver is a bilingual guide. Customer assistance is available in English and Spanish. Required attraction guides may be shared unless a private option is requested; inclusions are specified in your proposal.
Can a private transfer include sightseeing stops?
Yes, when the route and available time allow. Tell us your preferred stops before booking so we can plan timing and identify any additional costs.
What happens if our flight is delayed or weather affects the itinerary?
Send us your updated flight details. We can adjust timing if the service can still operate. For weather or closures, we may suggest an alternative or reschedule under the applicable booking conditions. These disruptions do not automatically qualify for a full refund.
Can you accommodate families or travelers with mobility needs?
Tell us about children, walking preferences or mobility requirements before booking. We review suitable stops and travel times with you, and confirm accessibility limitations before finalizing the route.
How do we confirm our reservation?
A 30% deposit confirms the reservation. For individual tours and transfers, the balance is due 48 hours before the service. Multi-day journey payment schedules are specified in your proposal.
